Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to join our team and manage multiple client accounts. This role requires strong organizational skills, a passion for digital storytelling, and prior agency experience. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end social media management, from content creation and community engagement to performance tracking and supporting client growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Planning & Strategy: Create and maintain monthly content calendars for clients, ensuring alignment with brand voice, campaign timelines, and overall strategy.
  • Content Creation & Editing: Write engaging captions, brainstorm fresh ideas, design basic graphics using Canva, and perform basic video editing for reels, stories, and other short-form content.
  • Publishing & Scheduling: Manage post scheduling and publishing across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) with consistency and timeliness.
  • Community Management: Monitor client platforms, respond to comments and DMs, and engage with the audience to enhance brand presence.
  • Performance Tracking: Track KPIs (reach, engagement, follower growth), and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Talent Acquisition & Coordination: Identify and coordinate with creative talent (video editors, graphic designers, coordinators) to ensure timely content delivery.
  • Team & Client Coordination: Collaborate with internal/external teams, manage client approvals, and keep workflows and calendars on track.
  • On-Ground Shoot Assistance: Support during shoots, including basic camera work for photo/video capture.
  • Client Pitches & Growth Support: Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and research to pitch services to potential clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of agency experience managing social media accounts.
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Canva (basic design + video editing).
  • Familiarity with basic camera handling for photos and videos.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and coordination skills.
  • Proactive, creative mindset with an eagerness to stay updated on the latest social media trends.
