We're looking for a talented
UI/UX Designer
who's passionate about shaping intuitive, beautiful, and effective product interfaces — across both mobile and web.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design of user-friendly, intuitive interfaces for our mobile app (Android/iOS) and web dashboards.
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA to deliver design specs, assets, and user flows.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final UI designs using Figma (or equivalent tools).
  • Collaborate on building and maintaining design systems for consistency across products.
  • Conduct or support user research, usability testing, and data-driven design improvements.
  • Advocate for best UX practices in the fintech domain — with attention to compliance, accessibility, and trust

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products (fintech experience is a big plus).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing mobile app and web dashboard designs.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with responsive design, design systems, and atomic design principles.
  • Basic understanding of frontend tech (HTML/CSS, React design handoff preferred).
  • Comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced startup environment.
  • Great communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in fintech, B2B SaaS, or digital banking platforms.
  • Exposure to micro-interactions, animations, and motion design.
  • Experience conducting A/B tests or analyzing product analytics.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • B.Tech or MBA with a design certification (like NID, HFI, Google UX) is a plus.
