We are seeking a Team Leader to lead a team of developers while actively participating in software development. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and guide a team of developers to achieve project goals.
  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications.
  • Drive the adoption of modern architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, serverless, event-driven) and best practices.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, performant, and well-documented.
  • Gather and analyse project requirements from clients/stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
  • Oversee the technical aspects of project delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.
  • Advocate for and implement best practices in CI/CD, automated testing, DevOps, and security.

Technical Skills:

  • Extensive experience with modern PHP (7.4+ / 8.x), strong proficiency in at least one major PHP framework (e.g., Laravel, Symfony). Solid understanding of OOP, MVC, and RESTful API design.
  • Strong experience with , including hooks, state management (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Context API), and component-based architecture.
  • Experience with version control systems (Git).
  • Proficiency with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
