Colorplast Systems Pvt. Ltd., a leading name in smart solutions, printing, and packaging, is looking for Sales Professionals with 2–10 years of experience to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients in the printing & packaging industry.
  • Manage existing customer accounts and build long-term relationships.
  • Achieve sales targets through B2B business development.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, accounts) to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.

Requirements

Experience: 2–10 years in Sales – Printing/Packaging industry.

Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
