**Job Title**: Sales Executive - Printed Circuit Boards (PCB)

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for PCB sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate product solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, accounts) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Provide timely reports on sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts to management.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events when required.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Electronics, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in **sales/business development** (PCB/Electronics industry preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of PCB and electronic components will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused approach.
