Expertise in handling on field after sales service in Oil & Gas Industry, Transportation Industry. Additionally, must have handled After Sales Service – AMC, CAMC and Revenue Model
Must be well versed with Terminal Business in Oil & Gas Industry.
Must be willing to extensively travel > 20 days a month even on 1 hour notice.
Must be able to effectively communicate with both Oil Company Managers as well as Tank Truck owners, Petroleum Dealers
Must be a quick learner and be willing to offer service with a smile.
Additionally, must have Service Management Skills to set up an entire after-sales service infrastructure.
Must be willing to get his hands dirty, have the mentality to solve problems at site single handedly.
Co Ordinate with Operations, Finance and other teams on a regular basis.
Should be able to convince customers to sign up for CAMC contracts both for C&I and Transportation business.
Candidates from the Truck Service Industry / or oil and gas industry would be preferred.
