Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Developer Team Lead with 5+ years of experience in Python development and proven expertise in leading teams. The candidate should have hands-on experience with AI integration, coding with GitHub Copilot (or similar AI coding assistants), and building scalable applications.

As a Team Lead, you will mentor developers, ensure high-quality code, and drive the architecture and execution of projects in the HRMS and enterprise software domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • • Lead a team of Python developers, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  • • Architect, design, and implement scalable applications using Python frameworks (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
  • • Integrate AI and machine learning models into applications.
  • • Utilize AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to accelerate development.
  • • Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver robust HRMS solutions.
  • • Perform code reviews, enforce best practices, and improve coding standards.
  • • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
  • • Contribute to DevOps processes (CI/CD, cloud deployment – AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Required Skills & Experience

  • • 5+ years of professional Python development experience.
  • • Strong experience in Django / Flask / FastAPI frameworks.
  • • Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and integrating them into applications.
  • • Familiarity with GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or other AI-assisted coding tools.
  • • Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
  • • Solid understanding of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
  • • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing/mentoring developers.
  • • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have

  • • Experience in HRMS, ERP, or SaaS product development.
  • • Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • • Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, ) for collaboration with UI teams.
