Agivant is seeking an experienced Python Microservice Developer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design, development, and optimization of scalable microservices and data processing workflows.

You will work with modern technologies to build efficient, reliable, and containerized applications, while integrating diverse data sources to support business-critical Responsibilities :

- Develop and optimize large-scale data processing workflows using Python.

- Write and maintain complex SQL queries in Snowflake for data extraction, transformation, and aggregation.

- Integrate diverse data sources and perform validation testing to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

- Design, build, and deploy containerized applications using Docker, ensuring scalability and reliability.

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to support microservices architecture.

- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines; work with orchestration tools such as Kubernetes or ECS for automated deployments.

- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high Requirements :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5 to 8 years of hands-on Python development, with a focus on data processing and automation.

- Strong proficiency in SQL with practical experience in Snowflake.

- Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized application development.

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and orchestration tools like Kubernetes or ECS.

- Knowledge of logging and monitoring tools for system health and Skills :
