Location: Chennai (Local Candidates Preferred)

Shift: Rotational (Night allowance: 100 if logged in post 12 am)

Notice Period: 1530 Days

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Transport Senior Executive to oversee and coordinate fleet management operations in Chennai. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in routing, fleet operations, MIS reporting, compliance, and transport operations, along with excellent communication skills. Should possess in-depth geographical knowledge of Chennai and the ability to manage colleagues calls, vendors, and drivers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee ground-level transport operations and daily fleet management.
  • Ensure On-Time Arrival (OTA) and DT targets are met.
  • Handle routing, tracking, compliance, and irregularity reporting.
  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports, compliance records, and fleet details.
  • Coordinate with vendors, drivers, and supervisors for smooth operations.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the leadership team.
  • Mentor drivers/supervisors and manage documentation requirements.

Skills Required:

  • Strong Chennai geographical knowledge.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas), PowerPoint, PDF documentation & reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts (day & night).
  • Male candidates only.
