Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement, preferably within the EdTech or education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.

Support payroll processing, attendance tracking, and compliance management.

Plan and execute employee engagement and welfare activities.

Assist in implementing and communicating HR policies and procedures.

Handle employee relations and resolve basic HR queries.

Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen workplace culture and retention.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in HR (recruitment, generalist, or HR operations role).

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRMS or recruitment tools.

Experience in the EdTech industry is a strong plus.
