We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle customer interactions, resolve queries, and ensure excellent service. The role involves responding to customer calls/messages, providing accurate information, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests effectively.
  • Provide product/service information accurately.
  • Maintain customer records and update databases.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude during customer interactions.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Good communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Patience, empathy, and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Prior experience in customer support or telecalling is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹23,549.27 per month
