Job Responsibilities

• Understand Infinity Learns vision, mission, values, future outlook, and footprint across K 12 segment in India.
• Establish a shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities that lead to successful product execution.
• Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams.
• Setup and own your teams roadmap for product development and drive the development with a team of engineers and designers.
• Define and analyse metrics that inform the success of individual products and the product area.
• Providing timely analysis reports on Product performance and adoption.
• Would develop a deep understanding of various user journeys and basic understanding of the companys Product Stack and system design.
• Build your own processes and methods to uphold our high product standards while focusing on frictionless experiences for our users.
• Articulate Product development needs to various stake holders and track the progress during the sprint.
• Work on the Product launch and adoption strategies.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for product managers who are passionate about building innovative Ed-tech products which help in enhancing a students journey of learning.

You are a keen observer, patient listener and are empathetic towards learners issues.

We are looking for extremely entrepreneurial Product Managers to help innovate and execute product initiatives across the company.

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to break complex problems into smaller problems.
• And use the data to solve these business problems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precise articulations of customer problems.
• Put themselves in the shoes of your users and be a steward of crafting great experiences.
• 3- 4 Years of product management or product-focused experience shipping high-quality products.
• Familiarity with Agile work management and/or the ability to effectively communicate complex processes within and across teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in conducting Market research and drafting Product Requirements Documents.
• JIRA, Agile management, Wireframing, UI/UX design.
• Prior exposure to Ed-tech Domain.
• Experience working and influencing cross-functional teams and building relationships across the company.
