Job Title HR Executive

  1. Years of experience – 3-4 yrs
  2. Location – Goregaon East, Mumbai.
  3. Employment Type- Full Time(Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM -5:30 AM)

Roles and responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding ,employee relations, and administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, discretion, and a strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.

  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process: posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Prepare and maintain employee records, contracts, and other HR documentation.
  • Support the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.
  • Address employee queries regarding HR policies, compensation, and benefits.
  • Maintain HR databases and generate reports for management as needed.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable labor laws.
  • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's /Master's degree in Human Resources Management.
  • 3–4 years of experience in an HR role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
