Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, encompassing social media, brand management, SEO, content marketing, and email marketing. Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals with a strong focus on team development and fostering a positive work environment. This includes delegating tasks effectively, providing ongoing coaching and mentorship, and resolving conflicts constructively. Develop and execute data-driven social media campaigns that drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation. Manage and analyze social media performance metrics, using insights to optimize campaigns and strategies. Oversee SEO efforts, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building. Develop and implement a content marketing strategy that attracts and engages our target audience. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, design, and content creation, to ensure all digital marketing efforts are aligned.
Qualifications: 4-6 years of experience in a digital marketing agency or exhibition background, with a proven track record of leading and motivating a team. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns. In-depth knowledge of social media marketing, including best practices for content creation, community management, and paid advertising. Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices. Experience with content marketing strategy and development. Familiarity with email marketing platforms and best practices. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to track, measure, and report on campaign performance. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to build trust, delegate effectively, and motivate a team. A passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay ahead of the curve.
