Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies that enhance our online presence and drive engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity and analytical skills, with a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels.

Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including SEO, email marketing, and social media.
  • Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns to maximise ROI.
  • Conduct thorough analysis using Google Analytics to assess campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Create compelling copy for various marketing materials, including website content, social media posts, and email newsletters.
  • Oversee project management tasks to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
  • Utilise Adobe Photoshop for the creation of visually appealing graphics for digital content.
  • Maintain and update the company website using WordPress to ensure it reflects current offerings and branding.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Manage B2B marketing efforts to enhance client engagement and drive lead generation.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills by guiding junior team members in their professional development.

Experience

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong management skills with the ability to lead projects effectively.
  • Proficiency in SEO techniques and best practices.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
  • A creative mindset with experience in copywriting and social media management.
