Packaging Material Stores Executive

The Packaging Material Procurement Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing the procurement of packaging materials required for production. The role ensures cost-effective, timely, and high-quality procurement aligned with production and business needs while maintaining supplier relationships and compliance with quality and sustainability standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and source packaging materials (e.g., bottles, cartons, labels, films, foils) as per production requirements.
- Collaborate with production, quality assurance, R&D, and warehouse teams to forecast material needs.
- Maintain and update procurement records, including purchase orders, invoices, and supplier performance reports.
- Ensure packaging materials meet regulatory, environmental, and sustainability standards.
- Coordinate with the logistics team for timely delivery and inventory management.
- Participate in supplier audits and evaluations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement process.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in Packaging Stores in FMCG company, preferably in packaging materials.
- Strong knowledge of packaging materials used in [Beauty & Personal Care/ FMCG / Food & Beverage / Pharma / etc.].
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹34,623.49 per month
