About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Technical Trainer to train and mentor college students in cutting-edge technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, hands-on project experience, and a passion for teaching. This role involves delivering practical training sessions, simplifying complex concepts, and preparing students to successfully clear globally recognized certification exams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-quality technical training sessions on Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and Python for college students.
  • Deliver practical, hands-on labs and project-based learning to strengthen students' real-world skills.
  • Prepare students for industry-leading certifications offered by Microsoft, AWS, Google, Meta, and IBM.
  • Design, update, and maintain training materials, labs, and assessments as per industry and certification standards.
  • Evaluate student progress through assignments, quizzes, mock tests, and feedback sessions.
  • Mentor and guide students on career pathways, certification roadmaps, and skill development.
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends and certification curriculum changes.
  • Collaborate with academic institutions and internal teams to ensure high training effectiveness and student satisfaction.
  • Provide post-training support to students for certification preparation and queries.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical training or relevant industry roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), AI/ML concepts, Data Science, and Python programming.
  • Preferred certifications from any of the following: Microsoft, AWS, Google, Meta, IBM.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical topics for beginners.
  • Passion for teaching, mentoring, and continuous learning.
