Job Summary

Profile: Engineer (PLC Programmer/SCADA Developer)

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:


• Design and implementation of PLC /SCADA for Industries Power, Oil and Gas, Substations, etc.


• Logic Simulation & testing as per the Control Write Up


• SCADA/HMI Screen Development as per P&ID


• SCADA Screen Development as per P&ID Static and dynamic


• Preparation of IO Assignment and IO Mapping details


• Verification and functional testing of I/O interfaces to field devices and Supervision of control system installation, commissioning and start-up


• Site Visit for AMCs of Various installed Base of PLC/DCS Control System – Must

For This Role, You Will Need:


• Bachelor's/Diploma in ECE, EEE, I&C, E&I


• Proven experience of 2 to 6 years PLC programming and industrial automation.


• Process knowledge of BOP Control System


• Proficiency Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic schematics


• Proficiency of developing logics and SCADA based on the Control Write up, Sequential Flow

Diagram, P&ID.


• Familiar with the Programming language as per IEC LD, ST, FBD, SFC, IL)

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Proficiency with one or more platforms (e.g. Emerson (GE-Fanuc) 90-30, Rx3i, Schneider / Siemens PLCs & SCADA etc


• Proficiency with one or SCADA- Cimplicity, Movicon, WinCC will be added advantage


• Knowledge of Protocols (Genius, EGD, Modbus RTU / TCP-IP, ProfiNet, OPC, IEC61850 etc.)


• Knowledge of one or more database – SQL Server will be added Advantage
