Your Role  

Report Development & Maintenance - Design, develop, and maintain reports usingStory Reports,Advanced Reporting, andCanvas Reports.
- Ensuredata accuracy, consistency, and alignment withbusiness requirements.
- Optimize existing reports to improveperformanceanduser experience.

Data Analysis & Insights - AnalyzeHR datato identify trends and generate actionable insights that support business decisions.
- Collaborate withHR, IT, and business teamsto understand and fulfill reporting needs.
- Providead-hoc reports and dashboardsfor various stakeholders across the organization.

SuccessFactors Administration & Enhancements - Configure and customizeSuccessFactors reporting modulesbased on evolving business needs.
- Work closely with theBusiness teamto troubleshoot and resolve reporting-related issues.
- Stay updated with new features and enhancements inSuccessFactors People Analytics & Reporting.
- PossessEmployee Central portlet-wise knowledgeto support detailed reporting and configuration.

Your Profile 

- 2+ yearsof experience inSuccessFactors Reporting & Analytics, including report development and data analysis.
- Hands-on experience withStory ReportsandCanvas Reportsin SuccessFactors.
- Strong understanding ofEmployee Central, withportlet-wise knowledgefor detailed reporting and configuration.
- Proficient inanalyzing HR datato generate insights and support business decisions.
- Familiar withsoftware development lifecycleandsupport methodologies.
- Stronganalytical and problem-solving skillswith the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellentcommunicationandstakeholder managementabilities.
