Responsibilities: High-Volume, High-Leverage Execution

This is repetitive, rigorous, high-concentration execution.

If done well, it unlocks massive leverage.

Daily Operational Ownership

• Audit driver logbooks using Samsara, FMCSA portals, and Vaahan AI.
• Monitor HOS violations and follow up with drivers in real time.
• Track, escalate, and eliminate recurring compliance issues.
• Maintain airtight documentation and systematized records.

Driver Hiring & Compliance Onboarding

• Complete driver applications flawlessly, end-to-end.
• Verify documentation, contact drivers, align with owners.
• Maintain structured data systems for driver and fleet status.

AI-Driven Ops & Automation

• Build & optimize AI workflows using ChatGPT, Zapier/Make (no coding needed).
• Improve prompts, dashboards, and automation pipelines.
• Reduce manual steps and eliminate inefficiencies across processes.
• Think like an AI-native operator, not a button-clicker.

Client-Facing Interaction

• Communicate professionally with U.S. clients during CST hours.
• Deliver weekly summaries, violations, corrective actions.
• Represent the founder's standards when interacting with carriers.
