Data Operations Lead

Job description We’re Hiring: Data Operations LeadShift:10:00 AM – 07:00 PM IST Positions:1 |Type:Full-TimeWhat You’ll Be Doing:● Lead and manage the Data Operations team responsible for data collection, enrichment, validation, and delivery. ● Implement and monitor data quality metrics, identify discrepancies, and drive process improvements. ● Collaborate with Engineering to ensure smooth data integration, automation, and process scalability. ● Work with Product and Business teams to define data requirements and ensure the data supports business objectives. ● Mentor and train the team on data tools, QA methods, and best practices. ● Manage vendor relationships for external data sources or enrichment platforms. ● Drive innovation by identifying automation opportunities and leveraging tools such as SQL, Python, or BI platforms.Qualifications:● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field. ● 7–10 years of experience in data operations, data management, or analytics, with at least 4 years in a leadership role. ● Strong understanding of data governance, ETL processes, and quality control methodologies. ● Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools ● Experience with automation tools like Python script is a plus. ● Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage teams, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high standards of data quality. ● Must be capable of working independently and delivering stable, efficient and reliable software. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. ● Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.Preferred Skills:● Experience in SaaS, B2B data, or lead intelligence industry. ● Exposure to data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and compliance practices. ● Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, global, and remote environments.REPORTING: This position will report to the Senior Manager of Data Operations or any other Manager as assigned by Management.Apply now at career@paso-co.com
