Key Responsibilities:

  1. Preparation & Finalization of Profit and Loss Account, Cash Flow Statement & Balance Sheet Monthly as well as Year Ended Balance Sheet.

  2. Preparation of Monthly/Quarterly /annually closing of accounts.

  3. Preparation of Bank Reconciliations, Stock Reports. BRS for multi-currency bank accounts on a weekly basis.

  4. Preparation daily Transaction Summary MIS Reports for Management.

  5. Prepare Intercompany Transaction Accounting.

  6. Ensure Compliance of Law

  7. Maintaining healthy relationships with Bank & Financial Institutions for Bank Facilities, Loan & Guarantees.

  8. Foreign Exchange

  9. Checking, verifying, and processing all Trade related payments.

  10. Processing all non-trade related payment (overheads etc.) once checked & verified by the responsible team mate

  11. Finance Operations with Lenders / Banks etc.

  12. Funds Routings / Planning with Accounting Team

  13. Local salaries payment

  14. Local payment (overheads) after approval from concerned dept. head

  15. Liaising with Procurement & Logistics teams to plan & understand the funds requirements.

  16. Liaising with line manager to for funds planning

  17. Submission of drawdown requests to the banks under the respective facilities as may be required.

  18. Monitoring & ensure repayment of the drawdown in line with the maturity.

  19. Updating the Line Manager on the availability of the status of the financing limits on daily basis

  20. Monitoring & ensure repatriation of proceeds in line with the NXPs maturity.

Desired Skills:

  1. Fluency in French is essential.
  2. Applicants should be open to relocating to Africa after completing 6 months of training.
