Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Kaseya Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Kaseya IT management tools. This role involves managing Kaseya products for system monitoring, automation, and reporting, ensuring optimal performance for clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Kaseya Product Management:
  Configure, manage, and maintain Kaseya VSA (Virtual System Administrator), BMS (Business Management Solution), or other Kaseya tools used for remote monitoring, management, and automation of client systems.
• Client Support & Troubleshooting: Provide troubleshooting and technical support related to Kaseya tools, resolving issues with monitoring, automation, patching, or system alerts.
• Automation & Scripting:
  Develop and maintain scripts, automation tasks, and policies to ensure that client systems are efficiently monitored and managed.
• Monitoring & Reporting:
  Oversee system health and security monitoring using Kaseya platforms. Create and generate system reports for both internal teams and clients.
• System Integration:
  Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of Kaseya tools with other systems or services in the IT environment.
• Patch Management
  : Manage and schedule system patches and updates across client devices using Kaseya's patch management module.
• Security Management:
  Implement and manage security policies and procedures, such as antivirus management, backup solutions, and endpoint protection, using Kaseya's security features.
• Performance Optimisation:
  Continuously analyse and improve the performance of client systems and Kaseya tools, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
• Documentation:
  Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures related to Kaseya tools.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience: 2+ years of experience working with Kaseya products (VSA, BMS, etc.).
• Experience in system administration, remote monitoring, automation, and IT management.
• Familiarity with network management, security protocols, and IT service management (ITSM) frameworks.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Kaseya VSA and other Kaseya tools.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
• Experience with patch management, backup solutions, and remote system monitoring.
• Familiarity with security tools and practices for endpoint protection.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills for working with clients and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Kaseya certification or other relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA A+, Network+).
• Experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
• Knowledge of cloud computing, virtualization, and enterprise-level infrastructure.
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, ConnectWise).
