Key Responsibilities  :

  • Product / Scientific Training
  • Drive the key products target achievements & implement promotional strategies & activities
  • Effective KOL and CRM management.
  • Ensure right market feedback to H.O

Major Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Business potential analysis & KOL management.
  • Tracking top hospitals / areas, business market size and shares.
  • Execution of all marketing campaigns & strategies in coordination with field force & managers.
  • Meeting the prescribed number of doctors along with field force.
  • Coordinating between field force and PMT for the distribution of required of promotional material.
  • Coordinating between field force, managers and PMT at HO the sanction of activity proposals.
  • Coordinating between FF and the Medical Dept/ PMT at HO the queries related to brands.
  • Track the ROI of promotional activities and report to the DSM & PMT.
  • Conduct market surveys as per the requirements of and guidelines given by PMT at HO.
  • Track competition and provide feedback to PMT & DSM.
  • Ensure timely induction and training of the field force.
  • Timely Submission of applicable Reports / Activity Strategy / Strategy Feedback.
  • Ensure follow of COCs & HR policies.
