Key Responsibilities :
- Product / Scientific Training
- Drive the key products target achievements & implement promotional strategies & activities
- Effective KOL and CRM management.
- Ensure right market feedback to H.O
Major Duties & Responsibilities :
- Business potential analysis & KOL management.
- Tracking top hospitals / areas, business market size and shares.
- Execution of all marketing campaigns & strategies in coordination with field force & managers.
- Meeting the prescribed number of doctors along with field force.
- Coordinating between field force and PMT for the distribution of required of promotional material.
- Coordinating between field force, managers and PMT at HO the sanction of activity proposals.
- Coordinating between FF and the Medical Dept/ PMT at HO the queries related to brands.
- Track the ROI of promotional activities and report to the DSM & PMT.
- Conduct market surveys as per the requirements of and guidelines given by PMT at HO.
- Track competition and provide feedback to PMT & DSM.
- Ensure timely induction and training of the field force.
- Timely Submission of applicable Reports / Activity Strategy / Strategy Feedback.
- Ensure follow of COCs & HR policies.
