Maintain hospital brand image and ensure consistent communication across all media.
Organize health camps, seminars, CME programs, and community outreach events.
- Doctor & Corporate Relations
Build and maintain relationships with consultants, referring doctors, and corporate clients.
Initiate tie-ups with corporate houses, insurance companies, and TPAs.
Monitor patient referral patterns and develop retention strategies.
- Digital Marketing
Manage hospital website and social media handles for engagement and visibility.
Develop online campaigns to promote key specialties and hospital events.
Analyze online reach and performance metrics.
- Team Management & Coordination
Lead and motivate the marketing team to achieve targets.
Coordinate with internal departments (OPD, IPD, diagnostics, etc.) for promotional support.
Ensure timely reporting of marketing activities and ROI analysis.
- Reporting & Analysis
Prepare monthly reports on marketing performance and patient acquisition.
Track competitor activities and industry trends.
Suggest improvements in service offerings based on feedback and analysis.
