Your Role

As aF&B Cost Controller at StayVista, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate cost sheets, monitoring purchases, managing inventory levels, and ensuring cost efficiency across all properties. This role involves regular audits, reporting, and cross-functional coordination with procurement and kitchen operations.

About You

• Prepare cost sheets on the 10th, 20th, and month-end.
• Audit and approve all purchase requests.
• Generate purchase reports and set reorder levels for all SKUs.
• Conduct kitchen and inventory audits across large properties.
• Create monthly food cost reports and highlight variances.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and F&B costing principles.
• Attention to detail and ability to audit large-scale operations.
• 2–5 years of experience in cost control, F&B costing, or inventory management (hospitality preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Hospitality or a related field.
• This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs.
