Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer to join our tech team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of server-side technologies, databases, and APIs. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing the backend of web applications to ensure performance, scalability, and security.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications.
  • Build and integrate APIs for web and mobile applications.
  • Work with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements.
  • Ensure data protection, security, and compliance in applications.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade backend applications.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Backend Developer (1–3 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of PHP, , or Python (depending on company stack).
  • Hands-on experience with frameworks like Laravel, Django, or
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and AJAX.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git/GitHub).
  • Understanding of server management and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of security principles and application protection.

Good to Have

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Basic understanding of frontend technologies (React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture.
