About the Role:

We are hiring a
Java Backend Developer
who will be responsible for designing and developing scalable backend systems to power our products at
Teeoff Technologies
. The role demands expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and API design, coupled with a focus on delivering high-performing and maintainable solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Backend Development & Architecture:

  • Develop, test, and maintain backend services using
    Java
    and
    Spring Boot
    .
  • Build RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end and mobile applications.
  • Optimize database performance and ensure data security.

System Design & Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with frontend and mobile teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Participate in system architecture discussions and solution planning.
  • Contribute to code reviews and ensure adherence to best coding practices.

Performance & Maintenance:

  • Identify bottlenecks and improve application efficiency.
  • Implement logging, monitoring, and scalability improvements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues effectively.

Innovation & Learning:

  • Stay updated on Java frameworks, tools, and emerging backend technologies.
  • Recommend process improvements and automation where applicable.

Requirements:

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in backend development using
    Java
    and
    Spring Boot
    .
  • Proven experience in building APIs and integrating with front-end systems.

Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of
    MySQL/PostgreSQL
    ,
    ORM frameworks
    , and
    microservices architecture
    .
  • Familiar with
    authentication standards (JWT/OAuth)
    and
    cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
    .

Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proficient in writing clean, efficient, and scalable code.
  • Strong teamwork, ownership, and communication skills.
