*Role Objective
We are seeking a
Senior PHP Developer*
to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Laravel and The ideal candidate will lead development efforts, mentor junior developers, optimise application performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, secure, and high-performing web solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead development and enhancement of enterprise web applications using Laravel and
  • Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and backend teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
  • Optimise application performance, security, and user experience
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
  • Integrate third-party APIs and services securely and efficiently
  • Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and agile ceremonies
  • Ensure compliance with security, quality, and regulatory standards
  • Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms (AWS / Microsoft Azure) and web servers

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on PHP development experience with Laravel Framework
  • Proficiency in and modern JavaScript/ES6
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and MySQL
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments (AWS or Azure)
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript)
  • Experience with Oracle SQL & PL/SQL is a plus
  • Knowledge of insurance or financial services domain is desirable
  • Strong version control experience with Git
  • Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and web security best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
