Senior Telecalling Officer:
- Initiate calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services and generate interest.
- Proficient in contribute to higher sales performance by effectively managing leads, closing deals, and upselling or cross-selling products and services.
- To be able to represent a brand to a customer properly, you should demonstrate a high level of professionalism.
- Should have problem-solving skills to be able to easily solve customer problems and give them great satisfaction.
- Build rapport, understand customer needs, and offer solutions that meet those needs.
- Work with sales and marketing teams to align strategies, provide feedback, and improve customer experience.
- Attention to detail for maintaining accurate logs and customer records.
- Effective Communication Skills is required
- Ability to use CRM software and other telemarketing equipment
Language Skills: Tamil, English, HINDI Will be an added advantage
Willing to work on Saturdays
NO WORK HOME
