Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, providing information about our wellness products and services, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads.
  • Provide detailed information about our wellness products and services.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain a database of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective outreach strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and wellness products.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Familiarity with wellness products and services is an advantage.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
