Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end technical execution of multiple projects.
  • Create detailed JIRA project plans, define epics, user stories, and sub-tasks, and manage sprint cycles.
  • Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, backlog grooming, and retrospective sessions with the team.
  • Track development progress and ensure adherence to defined timelines and deliverables.
  • Generate JIRA reports and dashboards for project tracking and share periodic updates with the Admin/Management.
  • Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to team members.
  • Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, QA, and product stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
  • Establish and enforce best practices in architecture, coding standards, and documentation.
  • Manage version control (Git) and coordinate CI/CD activities with DevOps engineers.
  • Proactively identify and resolve technical bottlenecks or risks impacting delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Strong expertise in one or more modern tech stacks:
  • Frontend: / Angular /
  • Backend: / .NET Core / PHP (CodeIgniter or Laravel)
  • Database: MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB
  • Mobile (Preferred): React Native / Flutter
  • Proficiency in JIRA for planning, sprint management, story tracking, and report generation.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology and practical involvement in sprint ceremonies.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, version control (Git), and deployment practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on performance and scalability.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination abilities.
