to join our creative team and play a key role in enhancing our brand's visual identity across digital, print, and e-commerce platforms.
Position Overview
The
Senior Graphic Designer
will be responsible for creating visually appealing, brand-consistent designs for our website, social media channels, e-commerce platforms (including Amazon A+ content), marketing campaigns, and internal creative needs. The ideal candidate should have
3–4 years of hands-on experience
in graphic design, be proficient in industry-standard design tools, and be comfortable working with
AI-based creativity and image generation tools
for bulk creative production. Knowledge of the
furniture industry
or experience designing for product-based brands will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
1. Website & E-Commerce Graphics
- Design and update website banners, promotional graphics, icons, motion graphics, and posters.
- Create Amazon A+ content, product listing graphics, infographics, and other e-commerce creatives.
- Design engaging promotional visuals for campaigns, offers, and seasonal updates.
2. Social Media & Marketing Collateral
- Develop creative concepts and designs for social media posts, stories, ads, and reels.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure brand consistency across campaigns.
- Design email marketing graphics, promotional newsletters, and other marketing materials.
3. Print & Catalogues
- Create product catalogues, brochures, flyers, and print advertisements.
- Manage catalogue updates and coordinate with production teams for accurate product representation.
4. AI & Creative Automation
- Utilize AI image generation tools for bulk creative production and ideation.
- Research and adopt emerging design technologies to improve efficiency and output quality.
5. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with interior designers, project managers, the e-commerce team, and the production unit for all creative needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing and branding team to conceptualize and execute campaigns.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field. - Experience:
3–4 years of proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a product-based or furniture/home décor brand.
Design Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Strong experience with AI-based creativity tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, Leonardo AI, Stable Diffusion).
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is an advantage.
Industry Knowledge:
Understanding of the furniture, interiors, or lifestyle industry is a plus.
- Creative Skills:
Excellent sense of typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling. - Soft Skills:
Strong communication, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to creative problem-solving.
