- Conduct quality assurance checks to maintain high training standards.
- Ensure all training activities comply with local healthcare regulations and licensing requirements.
- Collect and analyze feedback from participants to improve course effectiveness.
- Train and mentor new instructors, ensuring they follow AHA guidelines.
- Conduct periodic performance evaluations of fellow trainers.
- Organize train-the-trainer workshops to ensure consistent teaching methodologies.
- Maintain and troubleshoot AEDs, CPR mannequins, and simulation devices.
- Track inventory of training materials, including manuals, certification cards, and first-aid kits.
- Ensure all equipment is properly sanitized and maintained.
