• Lead a team of 5 Product Managers
• Maintain an inspiring team environment with high-performance culture, open communication, and frequent feedback exchange
• Contribute to improvements of Product Management way of work, and ensure internal processes, best practices and frameworks are followed in your team
• Recognize successful practices, and scale them across Product Management, ensure knowledge sharing among Product Managers in all locations
• Focus on developing Product Management competences in your team, supporting continuous learning, and career planning based on professional aspirations.
• Drive recruiting, onboarding, growing, and retaining top talents in Product Management Operations
• Work under cascaded objectives & targets framework, contributing to company's goals

• Have 3+ years of experience in leading a team of 5-10 specialists
• Have track record of working in Product Management for 2+ years
• Have a strong ability to lead, challenge, mentor and guide people to excel professionally and deliver business results
• Have experience in working with dispersed, cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
• Are adaptable to change and thriving in a fast-paced business environment
• Have "can-do" attitude, and real passion for making things happen

• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and are fluent in English

Stand Out By Having

• Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certificate
• Ability to demonstrate a strong knowledge of Product Management methodologies, techniques and best practices
• Have proven experience in AdTech industry
