Role Description

As a
Project Lead Engineer,
you will oversee the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade trading applications. You will lead teams, manage project timelines, and ensure architectural integrity across all layers of the solution. Your role will blend technical leadership with agile project execution, ensuring high-performance, secure, and scalable fintech platforms.

Qualifications

  • Lead and manage development using .NET Core / .NET Framework and
  • Architect and implement forex charting systems with real-time market data and technical indicators
  • Design and optimize
    database structures
    for efficient data retrieval and storage.
  • Drive project planning, sprint execution, and delivery tracking across engineering teams
  • Ensure
    high-performance, scalable, and secure
    application architecture.
  • Work with
    RESTful APIs, WebSockets
    , and third-party integrations for market data feeds.
  • Implement
    trading algorithms
    ,
    grid logic
    , and
    trend analysis
    features.
  • Collaborate with
    traders, analysts, and UI/UX designers
    to refine application functionality.
  • Debug and troubleshoot
    live trading issues
    , ensuring seamless execution.
  • Stay updated with
    forex market trends
    and
    emerging technologies
    in fintech.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in .NET Core / .NET Framework
    for backend development.
  • Experience with forex charting libraries
    (e.g., TradingView, Highcharts).
  • Strong knowledge of
    HTML, CSS, React js
    , and modern web development practices.
  • Database expertise
    (SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
  • Real-time data processing
    and
    WebSockets
    integration.
  • Understanding of
    trading algorithms
    ,
    grid logic
    , and
    trend analysis
    .
  • Security best practices
    for fintech applications.
  • Experience with
    CI/CD pipelines
    ,
    Git, Entity frame work,

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7+ years
    of experience in full-stack development.
  • Experience in fintech or trading platforms
    is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of
    regulatory compliance
    in financial applications.
