Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Appian Developer / Appian Architect based in Bengaluru. The role involves leading the design, development, and implementation of Appian-based applications. Daily tasks include collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, creating technical designs, coding, troubleshooting, and optimizing Appian-based solutions. Additionally, the role requires mentoring and guiding junior developers, ensuring best practices and adherence to coding standards, and keeping up to date with the latest Appian trends and updates.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Appian Development, Appian SAIL, and Appian Plugins
  • Strong skills in Process Modeling, Appian Configuration, and Appian Deployment
  • Experience with Integration using Web Services (SOAP/REST), APIs, and RDBMS integration
  • Knowledge of Appian Administration, including Environment Configuration, Health Check, and Performance Tuning
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in leading a team and mentoring junior developers
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Appian certifications are highly advantageous
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
