Accountant - Real Estate

Role & responsibilities :
We are seeking an experienced Accountant who have worked in Real Estate Firm.
The role includes :
- Finalization of accounts
- Cash Flow Projection/statement
- Prepare Daily Bank Reconciliation.
- Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliance as applicable to the construction/real estate sector.
- Maintain and manage day to day accounting activities including billing, invoicing, purchase entries and vendor payments specific to construction projects.
- Receive and process incoming receipts, including cheques, electronic payments, and other forms of payments.
- Maintain accurate records of property-related income and expenses.
- Handling day to day accounting work..
- Maintaining Accounts Receivables & Accounts Payables.
- Coordinating with banks for financial transactions.
- Expert knowledge of Income Tax Assessment, Appeal and Scrutiny matter is must.
- Communication with Clients, Vendors, and other Department.
- Support monthly and yearly financial closings and reporting for construction projects.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accountancy preferably in the real estate sector.
- Attention to detail and Organizational skills.
- Ability to work under Supervision and meet deadline.
- Proficiency in Tally and understanding of real estate accounting practices is essential.
