The Role: Junior Technical Project Manager In this role, you will collaborate with the team to plan, coordinate, and manage the entire life cycle of multiple development projects within specified timelines and enhance the level of service and quality of deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of multiple development projects, starting from the proposal stage, through technical task management, up to the final delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders during the conception stages to align with organizational objectives and effectively communicate expectations to both internal and external teams.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, configuration, and procedures.
  • Monitor and oversee all project aspects, strictly adhering to deadlines, monitoring turnaround time amp; ensuring quality standards.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and address vulnerabilities.
  • Prepare consolidated reports for management, providing updates on project status.
  • Research and study market trends to add valuable insight to technical operations.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the software development environment with proven experience in managing complex projects in hybrid delivery model.
  • Experience in project planning methodologies, tools and leading change with an ability to adapt quickly to changing technology requirements.
  • Knowledge on CICD pipelines and tools like Jira, GitHub, etc.
  • QATesting experience would be an added advantage.
  • Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to the team efforts and accomplishing desired results.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
