As part of our expansion, we are hiring a Senior Video Editor who can produce high-impact videos specifically designed for social media platforms.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly creative Senior Video Editor who understands storytelling for social media, trends, pacing, motion graphics, and engagement-driven content. You will be responsible for editing reels, shorts, product videos, brand videos, testimonials, event footage, and marketing campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

This role demands creativity, speed, attention to detail, and the ability to conceptualize and execute ideas that capture audience attention.

Key Responsibilities Video Editing & Content Creation

  • Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style edits) with fast pacing and engaging transitions.
  • Edit long-form videos such as interviews, testimonials, brand stories, tutorials, etc.
  • Create motion graphics, text animations, and graphic overlays to enhance storytelling.
  • Add sound design, background music, and color correction to improve production value.

Social Media Focus

  • Optimize videos for platform-specific formats (IG Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos, etc.).
  • Stay updated with trending effects, transitions, meme formats, hooks, and editing styles.
  • Work with marketing team to create content aligned with brand campaigns.

Collaboration

  • Work with photographers, content writers, creative directors, and designers to deliver complete content packages.
  • Interpret briefs and turn raw footage into high-quality, engaging videos.
  • Sometimes assist in shoot planning—shot lists, ideas, angles, and creative inputs.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–7 years of professional video editing experience (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in:
  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • After Effects
  • Filmora 14
  • Final Cut Pro (optional)
  • DaVinci Resolve (bonus)
  • Experience with:
  • Motion graphics
  • Color grading
  • Audio mixing
  • Social media storytelling
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality edits quickly.
  • Creative mindset with strong visual sense and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in shooting videos (DSLR/Mirrorless) – not mandatory.
  • Basic knowledge of photography & lighting.
  • Experience with product demos, influencer-style content, VFX.
  • Portfolio with strong branding-focused video work.
