- **Experience**:

- **2+ years of experience** as a video editor, preferably with podcasts and marketing content.

**Role Summary**:
As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing high-quality podcasts and marketing videos, ensuring engaging content for YouTube and other platforms. You must be proficient in **Final Cut Pro**, with experience in **multi-cam editing**and storytelling through visuals

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit podcasts and marketing videos using **Final Cut Pro**, ensuring a professional and polished finish.
- Manage **multi-cam video shoots**, synchronizing footage and enhancing the viewing experience.
- Incorporate graphics, titles, transitions, and audio enhancements for engaging video content.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to align video edits with brand goals.
- Maintain a fast-paced editing workflow, meeting deadlines while ensuring quality.
- Optimize videos for YouTube, including aspect ratio adjustments, thumbnail creation, and metadata recommendations.
- Organize and manage raw footage, project files, and assets efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience as a video editor, preferably with podcasts and marketing content.
- Proven experience with multi-cam editing workflows.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in **Final Cut Pro** (mandatory).
- Familiarity with color grading, audio syncing, and sound editing.
- Strong understanding of YouTube best practices for video production and optimization.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
