Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Project Management located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Head of Project Management will oversee the program management of multiple projects, ensure effective communication within the teams, perform complex analytical tasks, manage team dynamics, and maintain project budgets. The candidate will lead the project management teams to ensure timely completion and effective execution of all projects within the portfolio of Alpha Lockstep Venture Holdings.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Program Management and Team Management
  • Strong Communication and Analytical Skills
  • Experience in Budgeting and financial oversight of projects
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus
  • Experience in a similar role within the construction, engineering, or related industries is preferred
