Job Description Head Designer (3D, Motion & Digital Experiences)

We are looking for a visionary Creative Head Design to lead our brand into the next era of world-class visual storytelling. Think of the boldness of CRED, the minimalism of Apple, and the emotional precision of Nike—this is the league we're playing in.

This role is for someone who doesn't just "design"—they build brand universes. You will craft experiences that are premium, disruptive, and unforgettable—whether it's a website, packaging, motion video, or a single Instagram thumbnail.

We're not looking for a "good" designer. We're looking for someone obsessed with aesthetics, detail, and delight—who can make even a loading animation or a cursor interaction feel luxurious.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Creative Leadership

• Define and own the visual identity of the brand across all channels.
• Elevate the brand's creative language to the global benchmark—at par with CRED, Apple, and luxury houses.
• Build a design-first culture within the organization, where every touchpoint feels considered, premium, and distinctive.
• Lead the design strategy for campaigns, websites, packaging, and marketing experiences.

Hands-On Design Mastery

• Web & Digital Experiences: Conceptualize and design websites, microsites, and landing pages that feel immersive, interactive, and premium.
• Motion & Film: Lead creation of cinematic explainer videos, brand films, and micro-animations that tell powerful stories.
• 3D Design: Produce photo-realistic renders, models, and interactive 3D experiences that enhance brand storytelling.
• Content & Social Media: Design social campaigns that break clutter, set trends, and feel "scroll-stopping."
• Packaging & Branding: Create packaging systems and brand identity assets that stand out on shelves and in unboxing moments.

Creative Innovation & Aesthetics

• Obsess over details, typography, textures, and micro-interactions—design that people remember.
• Push creative boundaries, exploring new mediums (AR/VR, gamified websites, interactive storytelling).
• Constantly experiment with design language to keep the brand evolving and future-ready.

Team & Collaboration

• Build, lead, and mentor a world-class design team (graphic, motion, 3D, UI/UX).
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Leadership to integrate creativity into strategy.
• Manage external creative partners, studios, and agencies as needed.
• Present creative visions confidently to top management and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• BFA or MFA (mandatory). Degrees in Design, Communication, Animation, or Visual Arts from top design schools (NID, RISD, Parsons, etc.) will be preferred.

Experience

• 7+ years of creative design experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or creative head role.
• Proven track record of delivering high-end creative work (premium websites, product launches, etc.).
• Experience in tech, luxury, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands is highly desirable.

Creative Competencies

• Exceptional eye for visual storytelling, composition, and minimalism.
• Mastery in typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to think conceptually—creating narratives, not just visuals.
• Obsessed with aesthetic perfection and detail orientation.
• Portfolio must showcase high-end work comparable to CRED, Apple, or Nike campaigns.
