About the role

NoBrokerHood executes large-scale campaigns for top national and regional brands across metro cities. We are seeking a results-focused Associate Project Manager (APM) who has strong experience in managing calling/telecalling teams and driving execution through data-driven processes. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Excel and process management to ensure seamless and timely campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage calling/telecalling teams to coordinate campaign execution and on-ground activations.
  • Monitor daily performance of calling teams, ensure adherence to scripts, conversion targets, and productivity metrics.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure timely campaign rollouts.
  • Develop and implement SOPs to streamline execution processes and improve efficiency.
  • Track and monitor campaign progress using Excel-based dashboards and MIS reports.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of campaign performance and execution milestones.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from sales, brand, design, and technology teams to maintain seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Ensure calling team performance aligns with campaign objectives and KPIs.

Key Skills Required

  • Strong proficiency in Excel (Advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, MIS trackers).
  • Experience managing calling or telecalling teams with performance monitoring and target achievement.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Process-oriented mindset with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience in on-ground campaign execution or operations is an added advantage.

Performance Metrics (KRAs)

  • Improvement in campaign execution turnaround time.
  • Productivity and performance metrics of calling teams.
  • Accuracy and timeliness of reports and execution trackers.
  • Reduction in operational errors/escalations.
  • Stakeholder satisfaction and SLA adherence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in operations, campaign execution, or team management roles.
  • Prior experience in B2C/B2B calling operations is highly preferred.
