Designation : Associate Program Manager ( B2b Sales )

Stipend : Upto 10 LPA

Location : Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and manage end-to-end execution of key
    sales and operational programs
    across business units.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (
    Sales, Marketing, Tech, Operations
    ) to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
  • Work closely with the
    B2B and Ad Sales teams
    to drive lead conversions, revenue growth, and client satisfaction.
  • Support the
    Sales team
    with performance tracking, pipeline management, and dashboard reporting.
  • Design and implement
    SOPs
    to streamline sales operations and improve efficiency.
  • Conduct data analysis and prepare
    sales and performance reports
    for leadership reviews.
  • Partner with Marketing to plan and execute campaigns that drive customer acquisition and brand visibility.
  • Assist in
    business planning, revenue forecasting, and program performance reviews.
  • Identify opportunities to
    automate manual sales processes
    and enhance productivity through tools and dashboards.
  • Support leadership in conducting
    process audits, reviews, and business strategy discussions.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Must Have:

  • 2–4 years of experience in
    Program Management, Sales Operations, or Business Strategy
    roles.
  • Proven ability to manage
    cross-functional projects
    and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience in
    B2B or Ad Sales environments
    — managing campaigns, client relationships, or sales processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in
    Excel, Google Sheets, CRM/reporting tools
    .
  • Experience working in
    fast-paced startups or tech-driven organizations
    .

Good to Have:

  • Exposure to
    PropTech, AdTech, or D2C
    business models.
  • Experience in
    sales enablement, performance marketing, or revenue operations.
  • Understanding of
    business automation, dashboards, and productivity frameworks.
