We're looking for a passionate Product Manager to build and launch exceptional trading products from the ground up, playing a key role in our expansion.

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically adept Product Manager to drive the development and success of our emerging consumer-tech platform. This role is ideal for someone who possesses a solid working knowledge of software development principles, a genuine interest in real-time data-driven products, and a deep appreciation for the complexities of the trading industry. You'll be instrumental in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps, working closely with our talented engineering teams, and ensuring we deliver thoughtful, user-focused trading experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize your deep understanding of trading concepts, financial markets, and trading workflows to design user-centric solutions.
  • Translate complex trading data and functionalities into clear and intuitive user experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and regulations in the financial markets.
  • Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, working closely with engineering, design, and QA teams.
  • Define detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Leverage your understanding of software development to effectively communicate with engineering teams and ensure technical feasibility.
  • Define and track key product metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct data analysis and user feedback sessions to inform product decisions and optimize user experience.
  • Implement A/B testing and other experiments to validate hypotheses and improve product performance.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including traders, developers, executives, and partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the trading or financial services industry.
  • Deep understanding of trading concepts, financial markets, and trading platforms.
  • Strong understanding of software development principles and practices.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex products.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience in Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with API integrations and financial data feeds.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based trading platforms and technologies.
  • Experience with data visualization and analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with front end and back end development.
  • Experience managing mobile trading platform development.
