Are you an engineer who is tired of the routine?
You've spent the last few years in SP3D, E3D, or AutoCAD. You know the software, you know the engineering, but you feel stuck. You look at your Team Leads and realize it will take you 10 years to get there.

We are offering a rare opportunity to switch from the "Back Office" to the "Front Line." In this role, you won't just model the plant—you will help major clients (like IOCL, Technip, and Global EPCs) figure out
how
to build it better using Digitalization.

This is not a "Cold Calling" sales job.
This is a
Technical Consulting
role where your engineering background is your main weapon. You will learn how the EPC business actually works, how deals are structured, and how to talk to CTOs and Engineering Directors.

What You Will Actually Do

Instead of staring at a model for 8 hours, you will act as a
Strategic Scout
and
Technical Advisor
:

  • The Detective:
    You will research global EPC projects. Who is building the new refinery in Barmer? Who is handling the Brownfield revamp in Qatar? You will find the problems they are facing.
  • The Advisor:
    You won't send spam. You will send technical insights.
  • Example:
    You notice a client is struggling to move legacy PDS data to Smart 3D. You reach out to their Engineering Manager explaining how our semi-automated tools can save them 5,000 man-hours.
  • The Bridge:
    You will translate client technical problems into commercial opportunities for our team.
  • The Growth:
    You will accompany senior leadership to client meetings, learning the art of high-level negotiation.

Smart Engineer.

  • You have "The Eye":
    You can look at a P&ID or a 3D Model and immediately understand the complexity.
  • You are Articulate:
    You feel your communication skills are wasted in a pure drafting role. You can write a clear, professional email.

    You want to fast-track your career. You understand that the highest-paid people in the industry are the ones who bring in the business, not just the ones who execute it.

  • Year 1:
    Client Solutions Engineer (Mastering the pitch & market).
  • Year 2-5:
    Business Development Manager (Closing your own deals, traveling to client sites).
  • Year 5-7:
    Account Director / Strategic Head.

Prerequisites

  • B.Tech (Mechanical / Chemical).
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in CAD/CAE tools (S3D, E3D, Plant3D, or similar).
  • A hunger to move out of the "production line" and into the "boardroom."
