We're seeking a highly capable automation partner who can design, build, and maintain custom business workflows using tools like n8n, Zapier, AgentKit, and other automation frameworks.

This is not a simple "connect tools" role — it's a strategic implementation position that requires understanding business logic, operational goals, and process scalability, then converting that understanding into dynamic and reusable automation systems for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business functions, client guidelines, and operational flows into practical, automated workflows.
  • Design and deploy custom n8n workflows, Zapier automations, and AgentKit integrations that streamline marketing, content, and data operations.
  • Build modular, reusable automation templates adaptable for different client use cases.
  • Integrate APIs, webhooks, CRMs, CMS platforms, and other business tools into seamless multi-step systems.
  • Collaborate with the core operations and tech teams to refine and document automation architecture.
  • Troubleshoot workflow errors, optimize performance, and ensure all automations are maintainable and scalable.
  • Keep pace with evolving no-code and AI-driven automation ecosystems, recommending new frameworks or logic models when relevant.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven expertise in building workflows with n8n (priority), Zapier, and Make (Integromat).
  • Familiarity with AgentKit, LangChain, and AI-triggered automations is a strong plus.
  • Ability to understand business processes deeply — not just technically but operationally.
  • Experience integrating tools such as:
  • Airtable, Google Workspace, Webflow, Notion, Slack, OpenAI APIs, CRMs, and analytics systems.
  • Working knowledge of webhooks, REST APIs, and JSON structures.
  • Comfort with prompt engineering and AI-based trigger logic (optional but valued).
  • Strong communication skills — able to document processes and explain logic clearly.
