**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, implement, and optimize workflow automations using **Zapier, Make, and other no-code/low-code tools**.
- Automate lead generation, follow-ups, and reporting for real estate, franchise, and eCommerce businesses.
- Optimize digital marketing funnels by automating data collection, segmentation, and campaign execution.
- Ensure **seamless API integrations** between various SaaS tools used for marketing and customer relationship management.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously improve automation processes.
- Work with the **sales and marketing teams** to identify areas where automation can enhance efficiency and conversions.
- Monitor automation performance, generate reports, and suggest improvements.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Proven experience in **Zapier, Make, Pabbly Connect, or similar automation tools**.
- Strong understanding of **APIs, webhooks, and SaaS integrations**.
- Knowledge of **Google Sheets automation, AI chatbots, and lead nurturing workflows**.
- Basic understanding of **AI tools like ChatGPT, OpenAI, Midjourney, and AI-driven analytics**.
- Ability to analyze data and optimize workflows for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Familiarity with **WordPress, Shopify, IDX for real estate, and eCommerce automation** is a plus.
- Experience in **real estate, franchise marketing, or automotive marketing** is a bonus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a **results-driven mindset**.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Certification in **Zapier, Make, or other automation platforms**.
- Experience in **Python, JavaScript, or other scripting languages** (optional but beneficial).
- Prior experience working in **digital agencies, real estate marketing, or franchise development**.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
