About The Role
We're looking for a data-driven problem solver who can wear two hats the precision of a Data Analyst and the innovation of a Data Scientist. In this role, you'll work with large datasets, build insightful dashboards, perform in-depth analyses, and also design predictive models that drive strategic decision-making across the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business trends, identify patterns, and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from structured databases.
  • Apply statistical models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems.
  • Data cleaning, EDA, visualization, and modeling.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, finance, and engineering teams to define and track key metrics.
  • Design and run A/B tests and other experiments to optimize performance.
  • Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong experience in SQL, with the ability to query and join large datasets.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
  • Solid understanding of statistics
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills with data.
